Cancellation Policy

  • No deposit refunds for bookings: (weekends, June, July, August, holidays (December 15 to January 15), school holidays, public holidays).
  • If the cancellation is made 120 days (4 months) before the scheduled arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable but transferable over a 6 month period.
  • If the cancellation is made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, no transfer or refund will be made and the total amount of the balance of your invoice will be charged to your credit card.
  • The full balance of the bill will be charged to your credit card if you do not show up on the day of arrival.
  • No credit or refund will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.
